Are you trying Veganuary? Here’s a fun idea for your avocado seed

1) Cut your avocado if half
2) Scoop the seed away with a spoon
3) Wash and careful peel away the brown skin (use a knife or I soak mine overnight)
4) Prepare pot and soil
5) Place the avocado seed just out of the soil
6) Either cover with a clear bag, place in a propagator and place on a windowsill
7) A little patience and……..
